  needed, gentle hand wash in cold water.
• Dry: Always lay flat to dry. Do not
  wring, twist, or tumble dry.
• Maintain: If a thread comes loose, snip
  it carefully with scissors—never pull!
• Refresh: Use a lint roller or a hair
  dryer (cool setting) to easily remove dust.

• Dispatch Time: Since every item is handmade to order, please allow up to 2 days for crafting and dispatch.
• Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your package ships.
